Fault reports / 故障反馈

If you choose to send a fault report, we store the site, page pathname (without query parameters or fragments), problem type, description, language and optional device category in our private support dashboard at ceshousu.com for up to 180 days. Only administrators can review it. This does not upload files or other content entered into tools. Do not include passwords, private documents or personal information. Network addresses may be used temporarily to limit abusive submissions; they are not stored with the report.
